Prior to joining the ACA, Hank Marshall was the Chief Enabling Officer for AISLE21, a Phoenix-based consultancy specializing in the development and implementation of innovative business strategies. As a widely recognized authority on business/market development, product/service commercialization, strategic positioning and revenue stream optimization, AISLE21 offers customized ideas, answers and solutions to a portfolio of global clients.

Prior to forming AISLE21 in 2005, Mr. Marshall spent 20 years mastering the skill and art of business development, working in executive-level positions in both the private and public sectors. He worked for many major multi-national companies such as Halston, Orlane, Tetley, Johnson & Johnson, Avery International, Warner Lambert, Pfizer and Allied Lyons.

Mr. Marshall also spent six years as the Vice-Consul of Trade and Investment for the British Consulate in Phoenix, where he provided comprehensive business development services to British exporters looking at or participating in the U.S. market as well as assisting U.S. companies with Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) opportunities in the United Kingdom.
