The Business Assistance Event Calendar is hosted by the Commerce Innovation & Global Business Development division. It includes business events, seminars and/or workshops that the Arizona Service Provider Network (Network) offers to the small, women and minority businesses in Arizona. Typically, the workshops/seminars posted are free or of a nominal fee. Offered in partnership with MCC Small Business Development Center (SBDC), NxLeveL is designed to provide hands-on, commonsense skills to help people start/grow businesses. Topics include: planning & research; legal structures; marketing; managing money; negotiating; and managing growth. The course will be taught by Ilene Ringler, interim director of the West Valley SBDC. The sessions will be interactive & fast paced, including guest speakers at most sessions.
